Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FinTech.MP processes information when you use the public cryptocurrency exchange interface. We do not request identity documents or run KYC on this flow. Wallet addresses, IP addresses, and similar operational data may still be personal data under applicable law and are described below.

Scope

This policy applies only to data processed by FinTech.MP to operate the exchange functionality on this platform (the interface, session, quotes, and related support). The selected liquidity provider processes data relating to execution of the swap as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. FinTech.MP is not responsible for the provider’s processing.

We do not request identity data to start a swap

You do not need to register or submit a name, government ID, date of birth, phone number, or residential address to create a swap through this interface. We do not run KYC on this public flow. The provider may still request additional information under its own policy; that processing is not controlled by FinTech.MP.

What we process

  • Swap details you enter: assets, networks, amount, receive address, and refund address.
  • Technical data used to run and protect the session: session token, timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent.
  • Optional email and message content if you contact support about a swap.
  • Interface language stored only in your browser’s local storage — it is not sent to our servers.
  • After a swap is created: provider identifier, deposit address, status, and transaction hashes we receive from the provider or the network.

Legal bases

We process this information to provide the service you request (creating and tracking a swap), on the basis of our legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention, and — where you send a support email — to handle your request. Where a legal obligation applies (for example accounting or a lawful request), we process data as required by law.

How we use this information

We use it to create and track the swap, select a provider quote, prevent abuse, and handle support. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with providers

To execute the swap we transmit to the provider the operational fields required for the trade (typically assets, networks, amount, destination and refund addresses, and similar fields). The provider processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy as an independent controller. We may also use hosting and infrastructure processors strictly to run this interface, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service. Transfer to the provider is necessary to perform the swap you request; the provider may be located outside your country.

Cookies and local storage

These pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We may use strictly necessary technical storage: language preference in local storage, a short-lived session cache, and (if you type a support email) session storage on this device until the tab is closed.

Retention

Swap records (addresses, amounts, status, timestamps, transaction hashes) are kept as long as needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and meet legal, security, or accounting duties. Support emails are kept with the related ticket. We may be unable to delete records while a legal or security obligation applies. You can ask about deletion using the contact details below.

Your rights

Where applicable you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data we hold (for example a support email), and you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Data held by the provider must be requested from the provider. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes on a public blockchain cannot be erased from the chain.

Security

Traffic to this interface is encrypted in transit. Access to operational logs is limited to personnel who need it to run or support the exchange. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will appear in the updated text on this page.
