Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service govern only the public cryptocurrency exchange interface operated under the FinTech.MP brand. By using this interface — including requesting a quote or creating a swap — you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy and, for the swap itself, the terms of the selected liquidity provider. The version in force when a swap is created applies to that swap.
Scope
These terms apply only to the exchange functionality on this platform (the interface, displayed quotes, session, and related support). The swap itself — including deposit, conversion, payout, holds, refunds, and any extra checks — is governed solely by the terms of service of the selected liquidity provider. If those terms conflict with these terms on swap execution, the provider’s terms prevail. FinTech.MP is not a party to the swap.
Role of this platform
This interface is software that lets you request quotes and pass an order to an independent liquidity provider. FinTech.MP does not take custody of your assets, does not operate a wallet for you, and does not itself buy or sell cryptocurrency. You send funds to the provider’s deposit address; the provider sends the exchanged assets to the receive address you specify. FinTech.MP is not a bank, broker, exchange counterparty, or financial adviser, and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), that you have full legal capacity, that using this interface and completing the swap is lawful for you, and that you control the wallets and addresses you use. You must not use the interface if doing so would violate sanctions or other applicable law.
Sanctioned addresses
You must not use send, receive, or refund addresses that appear on applicable sanctions lists, including OFAC or equivalent lists. The liquidity provider may refuse, delay, freeze, or return such transfers. FinTech.MP does not control that screening and cannot compel the provider to release funds.
KYC and identity checks
We do not require an account, KYC, name, phone number, or email to start a swap through this interface. Wallet addresses and the amount are enough on our side. Email is requested only if you open a support ticket. This does not mean that no data is processed (see the Privacy Policy) and does not guarantee that the provider will complete the swap without checks. The liquidity provider may independently request additional information, including identity or source-of-funds details, if required by its terms or if it suspects a breach. Any such requests, reviews, holds, refusals, and decisions on the swap are made by the provider. FinTech.MP does not initiate them, cannot override them, and is not responsible for them.
Your responsibilities
- You must control the send, receive, and refund addresses and select the correct network and asset for each one.
- Send the exact quoted amount in a single transfer. Underpayment, overpayment, or the wrong asset or network can make the swap impossible to complete and funds may be lost.
- Do not send funds from mixers, gambling services, or other high AML-risk sources. Such deposits may be delayed, frozen, or refused by the provider.
- You are responsible for taxes, local law, and any restrictions that apply to you.
- Quotes expire. If you wait too long to send, the provider may cancel the swap. If the provider returns funds, they typically go to the refund address you provided.
Irreversible transfers
Cryptocurrency transfers on a public blockchain are generally irreversible. There are no chargebacks. If you send to the wrong address, network, or asset, funds may be permanently lost. FinTech.MP cannot reverse, recall, or retrieve such transfers. Any refund, freeze, or recovery is solely at the provider’s discretion under its terms.
Quotes and amounts
Displayed receive amounts are estimates unless a fixed-rate quote is explicitly shown and still valid. The final amount can change with the market, network fees, and the provider’s execution. Checking terms does not reserve funds until the swap is created. We do not guarantee that a displayed quote will remain available or executable.
Exchange providers
The counterparty for each swap is the selected liquidity provider, not FinTech.MP. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to the swap. We may present the provider with the best available quote or offer another provider after a failed create attempt; you must confirm before we proceed. We do not control the provider’s systems, solvency, AML or KYC procedures, or how they treat deposited funds.
Prohibited use
You may not use this interface for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or to harm the service. You also must not:
- Impersonate FinTech.MP, its staff, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to the interface, related servers, or sessions.
- Scrape, spider, or otherwise automate access except as we expressly allow.
- Use the interface other than as intended or in a way that interferes with others’ use.
We may investigate suspected abuse, refuse or terminate access to the interface, and act on lawful requests. The provider may refuse, delay, freeze, or cancel a swap where required by its terms, security, or law. FinTech.MP is not obliged to complete a swap and cannot compel the provider to release funds.
Third-party links
This interface may contain links to liquidity-provider sites, social profiles, review platforms, and other third-party resources. They are provided for convenience only. FinTech.MP does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or any loss arising from your use of them. If you follow a link, you do so at your own risk and under that third party’s terms.
No warranties
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, FinTech.MP gives no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the interface or linked sites are free of viruses or other harmful material. Displayed quotes and other information may be incomplete or may not meet your expectations. This does not affect warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FinTech.MP is not liable for incorrect addresses or other user error; blockchain congestion, forks, or network fees; provider downtime, insolvency, errors, or delays; rate movement after a floating quote; AML/KYC holds, extra checks, freezes, or refusals by the provider; loss of private keys; force majeure; or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinTech.MP from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your unlawful use of this interface, except to the extent caused by FinTech.MP’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Other terms
If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and FinTech.MP regarding this interface and supersede prior understandings about it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. The version in force when you create a swap applies to that swap. Continued use of the interface after an update means you accept the revised terms for subsequent use.
